KoozieZ Design Information – How to personalize your koozie

With a focus on stellar service, koozieZ strives to offer a little something for everyone. Here on our design page you�ll notice we have three different price-based categories of art available to our clients. Each category includes examples to help our clients find their fit! Please do not hesitate to email support@kooziez.com with any questions you may have about which category best suits you, your project and your design ideas.

No Art Fee ($0)

A. Clients choose a design from koozieZ free design database. The only additional information to change/provide will be names and/or dates. There is no option here to make changes to the graphic, request a different font style/size, etc.

B. Submitting artwork using our foam koozie design form or our collapsible koozie design form. Designs (graphics) must be one of the types of files listed below and must have a dpi of 300 or larger. The size limit is 5mb.

Please Remember:

� Always reference your order number when submitting art. Please do not submit art until you have placed your order.

� Make sure your art is clear (web-site copy/paste is usually a very low resolution and does not work well when used for screen printing).

� Your submitted design must be in black and white where black represents the ink and white represents the background (color of actual koozieZ).

� Text only is absolutely acceptable! Use the appropriate form for submitting your text.

� If your design has shades of gray, it will look blurry on your koozieZ the same goes for intricate or complex details.

Acceptable file types: .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .cdr, .clk (CorelDRAW), .gif (GIF Image),

.tiff (Tagged Image File Format), .jpg (JPEG Image), .psd (Adobe Photoshop), .ps, .eps (PostScript File), .bmp (Bitmap Image), .png (PNG Image), .wmf (Windows Metafile)

Minimal Art Fee ($15)

1. Slightly modifying text font, style, size, design or graphic from koozieZ design database.
2. Printing double sided koozieZ. Two design forms must be submitted if supplying the design from personal files. This is your category if we do not have to modify the submitted art in anyway.
3. Text only designed by koozieZ design department. (Submit your own text using the Foam or Collapsible design form and incur no fee if guidelines are followed).

Full Art Fee ($35)

1. There is a specific design your interested in. For example, it�s your grandmother�s 75^th birthday and you want her favorite hat on koozieZ to use as party favors. Talk to our design team and we�ll come up with a design that works for you. The good news is that you can modify this design as much as you�d like and we�ll keep on tweaking for just the initial $35 fee, no extra charge for fixing.
2. You�d love to design something but you�re more of a words person. Send us a description of what you�re looking for (after placing your order) and our design department will come up with something just for you!
3. The design department at koozieZ needs to readjust submitted artwork because it does not meet the standards set forth that are ideal for printing a clear design on your koozieZ. In this case, you will be notified of any additional charges incurred and we will not proceed with your order without your consent to the additional charge.
