Koozies Design Information – How to personalize your koozies

With a focus on stellar service, KoozieZ.com strives to offer a little something for everyone. Here on our design page you’ll notice we have three different price-based categories of art available to our clients. Each category includes examples to help our clients find their fit! Please do not hesitate to email jen@kooziez.com with any questions you may have about which category best suits you, your project and your design ideas.

No Art Fee ($0)

A. Clip Art Design: Choose from one of our over 500 clip art images in our library.  Customize it by adding whatever text you’d like to either one or both sides of your koozie selection.

B. Text Only: In our customized “Top Text” and “Bottom Text” boxes type in whatever text you’d like to have printed on your kooziez.  In the box labeled “Special Instructions” feel free to add whatever indications (i.e. font style, arched, etc.) you’d like for our designers to keep in mind when working on your order.

Minimal Art Fee ($15)

Upload your design, graphic, logo, etc. and KoozieZ.com will work on it to ensure that it is print ready.  As with all orders, we will send a proof for your approval before continuing with the print process.  Having a hard time uploading your logo on the site?  Feel free to email the design directly to our design department by using the email address: jen@kooziez.com.  Please reference the last name you used when placing your order and we’ll be sure and confirm receipt of your attachment.

Please Remember:

• Always reference your order number and/or last name used to place your order when submitting art.  If you have a question about a piece of art or whether we can print it on a koozie, neve hesitate to email it to us at jen@kooziez.com and we will glad to let you know what is possible.
• Make sure your art is clear (web-site copy/paste is usually a very low resolution and does not work well when used for screen printing).
• Your submitted design ideally is in black and white where black represents the ink and white represents the background (color of actual Koozies).
• Text only is absolutely acceptable!
• If your design has shades of gray, it will look blurry on your Koozies the same goes for intricate or complex details.  We will send over suggestions and mock-ups for how your art will print better when we send you the proof of your design.

Acceptable file types: .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .cdr, .clk (CorelDRAW), .gif (GIF Image), .tiff (Tagged Image File Format), .jpg (JPEG Image), .psd (Adobe Photoshop), .ps, .eps (PostScript File), .bmp (Bitmap Image), .png (PNG Image), .wmf (Windows Metafile)

Full Art Fee ($30)

A. There is a specific design your interested in. For example, it’s your grandmother’s 75th birthday and you want her favorite hat on KoozieZ.com to use as party favors. Talk to our design team and we’ll come up with a design that works for you. The good news is that you can modify this design as much as you’d like and we’ll keep on tweaking for just the initial $35 fee, no extra charge for fixing.

B. You’d love to design something but you’re more of a words person. Send us a description of what you’re looking for (after placing your order) and our design department will come up with something just for you!
